Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting product features, developing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and closing sales to meet targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting market research, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves consistent collaboration with internal teams such as R&D and production to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service experience to meet and exceed targets.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing machinery or industrial products, with the ability to quickly learn technical details.
- Ability to assess client needs, propose solutions, and address concerns with professionalism.
- Proficiency in generating leads, maintaining a client database, and analyzing market trends.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a team-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in industrial machinery or the manufacturing sector is a plus.
