Sales Representative – POS & ERP Software

Location: Chennai (Office-based with field visits when required)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday – Friday + Alternate Saturdays
Qualifications: 12th pass, diplomas, any bachelors degree
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our RetailPOS & ERP software suite to retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and multi-outlet businesses. The role involves interacting with prospects, demonstrating software solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations of our POS and ERP software to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our software product suite.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the implementation and technical teams during the sales process.
- Learn and stay updated on the complete ERP and POS product offerings.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Tamil is an advantage).
- Interest in technology, POS systems, and ERP software.
- Ability to explain software features clearly to business owners and managers.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software sales, POS systems, or retail technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail or restaurant operations is an advantage.
