Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Ernakulam, Trivandram and Calicut. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and lead generation
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of product features and benefits, preferably in ergonomic furniture or related industries
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve performance objectives
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic software applications
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven and results-oriented environment
- Experience in furniture, office solutions, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
