We are hiring a motivated Sales Officer to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, lead follow-up, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for new business opportunities.
- Follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate new business.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of the sales process.
- Submit daily activity and performance updates to the manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Finance, Insurance, or BFSI.
- Qualification: Graduation preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good customer handling and relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for field work.
