Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, demonstrating product offerings, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and educating prospective clients on the company’s value proposition. Additionally, the Salesperson will work collaboratively with the team to drive business growth and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and persuasion skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly in the retail and jewelry sectors
- Knowledge of retail workflows, inventory management, or jewelry industry experience is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in market research techniques and identifying customer needs
