Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Salesperson for a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key daily activities include conducting market research, presenting products to customers, closing sales, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining knowledge of market trends and product developments.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills: Proven ability in identifying leads, closing deals, and managing client accounts.
- Market Research and Communication skills: Expertise in researching market trends and effectively communicating product benefits to customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Experience in fostering relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret customer needs, and find tailored solutions.
- Organizational skills: Attention to detail and competency in managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the chemicals or related industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
