Role Description
We’re looking for a friendly and driven Salesperson to join Satara Mahila Agro Foods in a full-time remote role. The role mainly involves connecting with potential customers, building genuine relationships, and helping spread awareness about our organic and traditional products.
You’ll also help with lead generation, understanding market trends, maintaining customer records, and supporting sales growth in a way that feels natural and customer-first. We’re looking for someone who enjoys communication, understands people well, and can work independently while staying connected with the team.

- Good communication and people skills
- Comfortable with sales, client handling, and relationship building
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the right products
- Basic knowledge of digital tools like email, CRM platforms, and virtual meetings
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Interest in organic, wellness, or traditional food products is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but practical experience matters too
