Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Salesperson at SARA AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting and selling automobile products and services, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, conducting follow-ups, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on market trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and product details
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales-related tools is an advantage
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in local languages and English is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
