Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in New Delhi, with the possibility of occasional remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Refilo's extended warranty and gadget protection services. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, attending client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and build enduring client relationships.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and public speaking abilities.
- Marketing and Product Knowledge: Familiarity with extended warranties, gadget protection plans, or consumer electronics industries is an asset.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and deliverables.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model with occasional client visits required in New Delhi.
