Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Recruiter based in New Delhi for a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Other responsibilities include devising recruitment strategies, building candidate pipelines, and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, and candidate management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to identify potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with employee onboarding processes is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
