Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shahjahanpur for a Salesperson. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting the company’s logistics and supply chain solutions, and meeting sales targets. The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and represent the company at meetings, presentations, and events when required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify potential clients and develop tailored sales strategies
- Proficiency in organizing and managing client relationships effectively
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or equivalent educational qualification
- Experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
