Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role at our Chennai office. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The Salesperson will act as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Negotiation strategies
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the construction and real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable
