Job Title: Medical Sales Representative (Fresher)
Location: Vikaspuri, Chander Vihar, Nilothi Extension, New Delhi - 110041
Work Mode: Work from Office (WHO) and regular field visit.
Employment Type: Full time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Stipend: Up to 20,000/- Per Month (depends on interview performance)
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated B. Pharm/D.Pham students to support our sales team in strategy and field operations. This role offers hands-on experience in market research, on-ground sales activities, and performance analysis, providing practical exposure to the pharmaceutical business. Gain hands-on experience in market analysis, on-ground execution, and sales performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote pharma, nutraceutical, and dermatology products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
- Field visits to Chemist & Doctor for product presentations and relationship building.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and medical conferences.
- Prepare & Present reports, product presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and regulatory) to ensure smooth product delivery and compliance.
- Learn product details, benefits, and current industry trends.
Requirements
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing/ completed a Master’s degree.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals.
- Basic ability to negotiate and handle client interactions professionally.
- Self-starter with a keen interest in healthcare sales and marketing.
- Ability to gather market information and support research activities.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge, industry trends, and client handling.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and promotional activities, as required.
