Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Ranchi, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include presenting and promoting solar products, negotiating agreements, preparing proposals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry and solar products
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales plans
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
