Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, client meetings, sales closures, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will play a key role in expanding Ozone Space by building partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and institutions across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from schools, colleges, universities, and institutions
- Reach out to principals, directors, trustees, and decision-makers
- Pitch Ozone Space programs such as workshops, seminars, camps, and courses
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into paid partnerships and clients
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead flow
- Maintain daily sales reports, pipeline, and target tracking
- Represent Ozone Space professionally during meetings and events
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in calling, meetings, and presentations
- Sales mindset with closure ability
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Professional personality and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Experience in sales, business development, education sales, or field sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply
