Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Indore. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying sales leads, showcasing property options to potential buyers, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about market trends, attending client meetings and events, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and achieve results-driven goals
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant sales experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
