Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Pune Division, with opportunities for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing product information, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns. Collaboration with teams to develop effective sales strategies and reporting on performance metrics will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in sales strategy, target achievement, and marketing coordination
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze competition
- Problem-solving aptitude and effective decision-making skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is an advantage
- Relevant experience or understanding of the toy manufacturing, automotive, or industrial components sectors is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
