Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Noida. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and generating business opportunities. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks may include collaborating with internal teams to align sales objectives and providing accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management expertise to meet targets and deadlines
- Prior experience in packaging or a related industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
