Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Madhepura. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining positive customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. Other duties include preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the marketing and technical teams will also be required to align sales strategies with customer needs.
Salary
Flat : 10% of generated revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to identify and build relationships with potential customers
- Basic understanding of software and web solutions and their applications
- Experience in managing customer accounts and providing after-sales support
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior sales experience in technology solutions or similar industries is preferre
