Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting specialized dental education solutions, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. Regular updates, reporting, and customer service will also be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and handle inquiries.
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of dental products or experience in the dental/medical field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and maintaining detailed sales records.
- Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts.
- Proactive attitude, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience is also considered.
- Willingness to engage in occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.
