Role Description This full-time on-site Salesperson role is based at MODERNI’s showroom in Jaipur. The Salesperson will welcome and engage clients, understand their furniture and design preferences, and present suitable product options and customization possibilities. The role includes preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with design and production teams, and tracking deliveries to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Salesperson will maintain product displays, update product knowledge regularly, and contribute to sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up. Daily responsibilities also involve handling inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting in-store promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in client-facing sales, including consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships.
- Interest in interior design, furniture trends, and premium lifestyle products, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features, customization options, and pricing clearly.
- Basic proficiency with sales or CRM software, order management tools, and standard office applications.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a showroom environment with clear sales and service targets.
- Prior experience in retail, furniture, or luxury goods sales is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in business, marketing, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
