Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, presenting products, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes assessing client needs, providing tailored solutions to meet those needs, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Salesperson will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Sales and negotiation expertise, with the ability to meet or exceed targets effectively
- Product knowledge in areas such as HDMI, Ethernet, rack systems, fiber optics, and related technologies
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client concerns efficiently
- Organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in technology solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
