Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Salesperson at Mahindra Finance. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting financial products such as vehicle and tractor loans, SME loans, and housing finance services. The Salesperson will guide customers through the entire sales process, maintain ongoing client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks involve coordination with internal teams to process loans efficiently, achieving individual sales targets, and delivering consistent updates on market trends and insights.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to engage potential customers and close deals.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and handling client queries professionally.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly loans and financing solutions, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with rural and semi-urban customers effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking to address customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with basic computer usage for data entry and reporting purposes.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, especially in the financial sector or rural markets, is an advantage.
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach are essential qualities.
