Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in New Delhi. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, explain product benefits, and guide them toward suitable wellness solutions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, handling inquiries, processing sales transactions, and supporting promotional activities at the store or designated outlets. The role also involves building and nurturing customer relationships, collecting feedback, and sharing insights with the team to improve the customer experience. The Salesperson will work closely with marketing and operations to meet sales targets and uphold MaaDico Wellness’s brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate product benefits clearly and respectfully.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in retail or wellness products, and comfort working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of wellness, nutrition, or traditional health remedies, with an interest in learning about MaaDico’s products.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and maintain an orderly sales environment.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including flexible hours, weekends, and peak seasons as needed.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in wellness, organic products, or FMCG retail is preferred but not required.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or health-related fields is a plus.
