Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Salesperson to join our team in Kolkata in an on-site capacity. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting Lupin Diagnostics' services effectively. Responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting diagnostic solutions, achieving sales targets, and providing continuous support to clients to ensure their testing needs are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the diagnostics sector or related healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to build, maintain, and grow professional relationships
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with market research and understanding of sales performance metrics
- Willingness to work on-site with clients in Kolkata
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
