Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, providing customer service, and closely coordinating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding services
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs
- Proficiency in the use of CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and technology-driven sales platforms is preferred
- Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
