Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role, located in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with law professionals, and presenting the unique features and benefits of Lawberry’s legal tech platform.
Responsibilities include reaching out to leads, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales deals, and collaborating with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintaining a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities and staying updated on legal tech trends will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- Sales and relationship management skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals
- Presentation and communication skills to effectively interact with legal professionals and convey the value of the platform
- Knowledge of or experience in the legal industry, legal tech, or SaaS platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of sales analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
Compensation:
- 6 Months (Renewable based on performance).
- Fixed commission on every successful conversion.
- Location preference is Bengaluru facilitate coordination with team.
