Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in Nashik, with some flexibility to work from home as business needs allow. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective customers, follow up on leads, and promote KRIPTON’s powder paint products to industrial and commercial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting existing and potential customers, conducting product presentations, understanding client requirements, and recommending suitable coating solutions. The role involves preparing and negotiating quotations, closing sales, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. The Salesperson will also monitor market trends, track competitor activities, maintain accurate sales records, and regularly report on sales performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with clear, professional oral and written skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial products; prior experience in paints, coatings, or construction materials is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Comfort with using productivity tools and basic CRM or spreadsheet software to track customers and sales.
- Ability to travel locally in and around Nashik to visit customers and attend meetings as required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
