Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Kanpur. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Salesperson will act as a key point of contact for clients, preparing sales presentations and negotiating contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of the adhesives industry or similar industrial sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in market research and customer outreach to identify sales opportunities
- Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in kanpur and travel for client meetings, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree Business.
