Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Bhubaneswar, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. The Salesperson will actively engage with clients to understand their property needs, provide tailored real estate solutions, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process. Responsibilities include generating leads, responding to inquiries, organizing site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Communication, and Relationship Building
- Proficiency in Sales Techniques, Negotiation, and Closing Deals
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Market, Property Management, and Local Market Trends
- Ability to Use CRM Software, Office Tools, and Online Marketing Platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent Time Management and Organization skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
