Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Lucknow. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. Other day-to-day tasks will include presenting product and service offerings, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional after-sales support. The role requires collaboration with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and close deals effectively.
- Understanding of renewable energy solutions, with experience in selling related products or services being an advantage.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and work within a team environment.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills for maintaining sales records and preparing proposals.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.
- Previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
