Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and effectively communicating the benefits of iTurn's driving training solutions. Responsibilities include actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations, and closing sales to meet targets. The role also entails following up with leads, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with the team to improve the sales process and client experiences.
Qualifications
- Sales and Communication: Experience in sales, customer engagement, and effective communication to build relationships and close deals.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation: Strong ability to understand product features and provide clear, impactful demonstrations to potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skills in managing and maintaining customer data, follow-ups, and ongoing client engagement.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Capability to assess customer needs, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work with colleagues to enhance the sales process and contribute to the company's goals.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in sales or customer relations is highly desirable.
