Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Haora. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales by building relationships with customers, identifying their cleaning solution needs, and presenting suitable product options. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining client records, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in developing sales strategies. Collaboration with the marketing and inventory teams is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management abilities
- Product knowledge and ability to effectively present and demonstrate cleaning products
- Organizational skills for record-keeping and managing sales calls
- Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve goals
- Experience in the cleaning or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the region is an advantage
