Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Faridabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, presenting appropriate products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records, analyzing market trends, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiating deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of the hardware and pipe fittings market;
  • Time management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
  • Previous sales experience in the hardware or construction industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
