Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Lucknow. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the unique accommodations offered by Hostel. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, negotiating agreements, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance and providing insights for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and related technology
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
