Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored Odoo ERP solutions. Additional duties include managing the entire sales cycle, providing product demonstrations, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Sales and communication skills, including negotiation, rapport building, and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo, and their business applications across various industries
- Ability to present and demonstrate products effectively to potential clients
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a business-to-business environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for pipeline management and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior sales experience, especially in the IT or software sector, is highly desirable
