We’re hiring solar sales consultants across Tamil Nadu. But before you apply, read this.
We don’t call them salespeople at HelioGrid. We call them solar consultants. Because the job isn’t selling panels. It’s solving a 25-year energy problem for a factory owner or a homeowner who is trusting you with lakhs of their money.

Hunger — this isn’t a 9-to-5 desk job. You’re on rooftops, in factory offices, at kitchen tables. The market is massive. The wins go to those who show up.
Ownership — we’re a remote-first company. Nobody is watching over your shoulder. You manage your pipeline, your follow-ups, your customers. Freedom comes with accountability.
