Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Noida. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and closing sales of solar equipment and related products. Additional responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, and hitting sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales.
- Knowledge of renewable energy, particularly solar products, and interest in sustainable practices.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and an understanding of sales processes.
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resilience and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or the renewable energy sector is advantageous but not required.
