🚀 We're Hiring | Sales Representative | ₹24 LPA
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our team with a CTC of ₹24,00,000 per annum.
If you have a proven track record of closing deals, owning a revenue target, and building strong client relationships — we want to talk.
📌 Role: Sales Representative
💰 Package: ₹24 LPA (Fixed CTC)
📍 Location: [City / Hybrid]
🕐 Experience: 3-4 Years
✅ What We're Looking For:
→ Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
→ Strong B2B / Enterprise sales experience
→ Expert negotiation and deal-closing skills
→ Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)
→ Consultative selling approach with C-suite communication
→ Ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end
→ Market research & competitor intelligence skills
→ Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io
🎓 Qualifications:
→ Bachelor's degree (any stream)
→ MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
→ 3-4 years of core sales experience
