Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Salesperson at FoodOS.Food. The Salesperson will identify and qualify potential restaurant and hospitality customers, conduct product demos, and clearly communicate the value of FoodOS.Food’s unified restaurant operating system. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing, as well as maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather customer feedback, and support smooth onboarding for new accounts. The Salesperson will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while representing the brand in a professional, consultative manner.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales, ideally in restaurant, hospitality, or retail domains.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Comfort using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and basic analytics or reporting dashboards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong listening skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, POS systems, or inventory management is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
