Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Srinagar. The Salesperson will manage day-to-day sales tasks including engaging with potential clients, identifying and nurturing leads, and closing deals. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, prospecting for new opportunities, maintaining sales records, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure effective outreach.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in sales, lead generation, and CRM tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in identifying and analyzing market trends
- Experience with B2B sales and account management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the Srinagar market and local business networks is advantageous
