Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role based in Mahesana. As a Salesperson at Falcon Fincrop, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting a range of financial products, including loans, credit cards, and insurance. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, conducting consultations, assessing client financial needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. You will also collaborate closely with our partner banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth processing and approvals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Understanding of financial products such as loans, insurance, and credit cards
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site work environment
- Knowledge of relevant financial markets and experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
