Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable eyewear products, and delivering excellent customer service. They will manage sales transactions, maintain product displays, and ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience. The role will also involve staying updated on new products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and understanding their needs
- Sales and customer service skills, with experience in a retail environment being advantageous
- Knowledge of eyewear products, including glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses, is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently as required
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills to manage transactions and maintain store displays
- Relevant experience in the optical industry or retail sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required; additional certifications in sales or optics are beneficial
