Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in New Delhi. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and understanding customer requirements to provide solutions. Daily tasks include negotiating sales deals, presenting products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to gather and analyze market trends and customer feedback to tailor solutions
- Experience in customer engagement, presentation, and building effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales documentation, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of the building materials industry and prior sales experience in this field is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
