Hiring: Sales Executive | Location based

Role Overview
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Fully Remote | Bangalore-based company (relocation to Bangalore required after 3 months)
Probation Period: 3 months
Compensation: Base salary + attractive performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Telecalling: Reach out to prospective clients through structured outreach and clearly communicate Aira Elevate's offerings.
- Sales Conversion: Manage inbound and outbound leads, handle inquiries, and move the pipeline toward closures.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted guide for students and professionals navigating their upskilling journey.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and sales data to continuously improve conversion.
What We're Looking For
- 6–8 months of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and follow-through
- Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a startup environment
- Open to working remotely and relocating to our Bangalore workspace after the 3-month probation period
