The Role
Position: Sales Associate
Sales Type: End-to-end B2C Inside Sales (No B2B)
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2C sales (preferably Edtech).
Skills: Strong communication and a "hungry to learn" attitude.
Mindset: Proactive, initiative-taker, and ready to hustle.
Work Model & Location
Shift: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (In-office only).
Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
Compensation & Perks
Salary: Up to 6 LPA.
Incentives: Unlimited earning potential beyond your base salary.
