Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Noida, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The ideal candidate will identify and reach out to potential clients, develop relationships with businesses, and promote EcomDignity’s marketplace management services. Responsibilities include lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will work closely with internal teams to provide seamless support and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy, and eBay
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in verbal and written formats
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions to address those needs
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is an advantage
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or B2B sales is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
