Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Salesperson based in New Delhi to join our team at Dr. Boyner Clinic. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, explaining the benefits of our foot care solutions, and driving sales conversions. Other key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies. The role will also involve regular communication with clients to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Customer service orientation and the ability to address client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or prior experience in medical sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
