Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, pitching Dorstec’s products and services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes managing inquiries, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored solutions for customers. The Salesperson will work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management, client engagement, and account handling
- Sales skills including lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing
- Market knowledge and ability to identify trends in the construction and infrastructure industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in basic business tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in construction or related industries is a plus
