Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Tasks include conducting client meetings, presenting Dettsec’s algorithmic trading solutions, addressing client inquiries, and delivering tailored recommendations. The role also involves follow-ups, creating proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Effective communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Knowledge of financial products or fintech industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Experience with CRM software or sales platforms is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively
- Fluent in English; familiarity with regional languages is advantageous
